Join us for a Community Conversation and learn how the Central Health Strategic Plan is addressing healthcare gaps in your community, with topics including:

• New clinics and patient-centered care
• Bridge services, respite care, and upcoming programs
• Better care through new approaches

After the presentation, you’ll have a chance to meet the Central Health Board of Managers and senior leadership.

Share your questions and feedback—your input could provide the insights our leaders need to offer new services and resources to your community.
