Psychiatry Services
Central Health provides mental health care for adults through our psychiatry services. Psychiatrists are medical doctors who specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. Our psychiatry services focus on respecting each person’s unique culture and considering how trauma, past experiences, and life changes can affect someone’s mental health.
When meeting with a psychiatrist, they will talk with you to understand what is important to you and may suggest lab tests, take your blood pressure and weight, or complete screening forms to ensure no medical factors are affecting your mental health. They will partner with you to develop a treatment plan which may include medications. They can also help you find the right specialist if additional care is needed. Our kind and personalized approach is to meet each person where they are and support them in improving their overall mental wellness.
Services we provide:
- Consultation
- Screenings
- Assessments
- Diagnosis of mental and co-occurring substance use disorders
- Psychiatric medications

Conditions like anxiety or depression can make everyday life harder, but our psychiatrists are here for you every step of the way.
