Central Health Capital Plaza Specialty Clinic
The Central Health Capital Plaza Specialty Clinic helps people in the Medical Access Program (MAP) access doctors and care teams to help treat their lung and breathing issues, sleep problems related to breathing, stomach and liver problems, kidney disease, hard to treat infections, and provide extra care for people living with a serious illness who would benefit from extra support. The clinic also provides nutrition education by dietitians, medication education by pharmacists and mental health support by counselors.
