Infectious Disease Management
Supporting your journey from sickness to strength
At Central Health, we’re here to help you with infectious diseases. Our team specializes in managing a wide range of infectious diseases, ensuring the best care and support for our patients.
Infectious disease management helps people who have illnesses caused by germs like bacteria or viruses. Doctors and nurses find out what is making you sick, give you the right medicines, and teach you how to stop the illness from spreading to others.
Services we provide
We help people who have infectious diseases feel better and stay healthy. Here are some things we do:
- Find out what’s wrong: We check to see if you have an infectious disease by doing tests.
- Give you the right medicine: If you do have an infectious disease, we can help you get the right medicine to help you feel better.
- Keep you safe: We help you stay safe from getting sick again by helping you understand what vaccinations may help keep you healthy.
- Test to check if you’re sick: We can do lab tests to check for complex infections.
- Help you at our office: If you have a wound that needs to be cared for, we can help refer you to our wound care nurse.
- Send you to other doctors if you need more help: If you need to see other doctors, we’ll help you do that too.
