Central Health and CommUnityCare also expanded clinical services available at the Northeast Health Resource Center from one day per month to every Thursday.
Services at the Northeast Health Resource Center include:

- Screening services for blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol
- Diabetes education
- Basic needs application assistance
The Northeast Health Resource Center is the result of a collaboration between Central Health, Austin Public Health, Travis County Health & Human Services, CommUnityCare Health Centers, and the Austin Independent School District.
